Accessibility Statement

A recruiting firm that is hard to use excludes exactly the people it should be helping. We take that seriously.

Our commitment

SaMquest Solutions aims to make this website usable by everyone, regardless of ability or the technology they use. We build against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as our standard.

What we have done

  • Semantic page structure with a logical heading order, so screen readers can navigate it.
  • A visible “skip to content” link and visible keyboard focus on every interactive element.
  • Text and background color combinations checked against the WCAG AA contrast ratios.
  • Every form field has a real, associated label; errors are announced rather than shown by color alone.
  • Text that reflows and stays readable at 200% zoom and on small screens.
  • Reduced-motion preferences respected — no animation is required to use the site.
  • No content that flashes, auto-plays, or moves on its own.

Known limitations

We review the site periodically and fix what we find. If a third-party component is ever embedded here, it may not meet the same standard; we will state that here and provide an accessible alternative route to the same information.

Alternative ways to reach us

You never have to use this website to work with us. If any part of it is a barrier, contact us directly and we will take your information however suits you:

  • Telephone: +1 203-951-9276
  • Email: info@samquests.com
  • Post: Monroe, Connecticut, United States

Tell us about a problem

If you encounter something on this site you cannot use, please tell us what page it was on and what happened. We treat accessibility reports as priority fixes, and we will confirm receipt and tell you what we are doing about it.

Accessibility in our hiring work

We support reasonable accommodations throughout any process we run — interview format, timing, materials, or assistive technology. Tell your recruiter what you need and we will arrange it with the hiring company without disclosing anything you have not authorized us to share.
