Most agencies optimise for submissions. That is why you get called about roles that are nothing like your background, and why you never hear back about the one that was. We work the other way: fewer candidates, real conversations, and an outcome either way.
- A conversation first. Before we put you forward we talk about what you actually want next — not just what you have done.
- The full picture of the role. The team, the manager, the reason the seat is open, and the parts the job description leaves out.
- Compensation up front. You know the band before you spend an evening preparing.
- Specific interview prep. Who you are meeting, what they will probe, and how the process runs.
- An answer either way. If it is a no, you hear it from us with a reason.
- Your details stay yours. Nothing is sent to any company without your explicit go-ahead.

An introductory call
Thirty minutes on your background, what is working and what is not, the kind of environment you do your best work in, and what you need from your next move — including compensation and location constraints.
Matching, not spraying
We put you forward only where we genuinely think you fit, and we tell you about each opportunity before we submit anything. If we have nothing right for you, we say that instead of inventing something.
Preparation
Before every interview you get a brief on the company, the people you are meeting, the format, and what they weight heavily. After each round you get feedback, quickly.
Offer and start
We negotiate on your behalf with a full picture of the market, help you handle the resignation and any counter-offer, and check in through your first few months.
